WE’VE BEEN A LITTLE QUIET… BUT FOR A GOOD REASON
First, we want to say sorry for being a little under the radar lately on Instagram and Facebook. Behind the scenes, we’ve been working nonstop on something very special for Adelita.
And we’re finally ready to share it with you…
ADELITA MEXICAN RESTAURANT IS MOVING TO A NEW HOME!
1765 Mellwood Ave., Louisville, KY 40206
This new location is a BIG step for us. More space, a new atmosphere, and a chance for us to continue growing while still bringing you the same homemade Mexican food, recipes, and love that made Adelita what it is today.
We know we’ve been quiet, but trust us — we’ve been BUSY. Over the next few weeks, we’re going to start showing you everything we’ve been working on, from the transformation of our new space to sneak peeks of what’s coming.
Most importantly, THANK YOU. Whether you’ve been supporting us since day one or just recently discovered Adelita, every visit, share, review, recommendation, and order has helped us reach this point.
This isn’t just a new location. It’s a new chapter for Adelita.

Jason McCollum Appointed Executive Chef at Louisville’s Hotel Bourré Bonne (Hospitality & Catering News)
A respected chef and restaurateur, McCollum has led renowned kitchens on both coasts and was previously chef and co-owner of Louisville’s Chik’n & Mi for nine years.
In his new role, McCollum will oversee Hotel Bourré Bonne’s culinary programme, including Steakhouse Bourré Bonne, the hotel’s Wine Spectator Award-winning restaurant, and Rooftop Bourré Bonne, the indoor-outdoor lounge, pool and social space.
