Food & Dining Magazine readers already know that Chef in a Box is a tasty monthly fundraising project dating to the summer of 2020, benefiting APRON Inc.’s ongoing grant program.

Given that November and December are the busiest months for most Louisville area chefs, APRON’s CIAB committee will not offer selections during this period. The regular schedule will return as before in January 2025.
