Down One Bourbon Bar & Restaurant (321 W. Main St., Waterfront Plaza) reopened on October 4 after a two-year hiatus prompted by the pandemic.
The establishment originally launched in 2013 and famously asserts, “What Tacos Can’t Cure, Whiskey Will.”

Down One Bourbon Bar & Restaurant‘s business hours are 11:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Monday through Thursday), 11:30 a.m. to midnight (Friday), and 4:00 p.m. to midnight (Saturday).
