Honesty is such a lonely word, but I must confide that today’s “Edibles & Potables” is a rerun, albeit an uncommonly informative repeat, as originally written by editor-in-chief Marty Rosen for the Winter 2019 issue of Food & Dining. Between the endlessly repetitive drumbeats of “Snowmageddon Reunion Tour ’26” and yesterday’s monstrosity in Minneapolis, food and drink isn’t foremost in my mind today. So it goes. – RB
