Edibles & Potables is F&D’s Sunday space for casting curious glances here, there and everywhere, generally landing outside our metropolitan Louisville coverage area. If you’re in Brussels this summer, and seek a novel way of spending €295 for dinner and €150 for cocktails (that’s $311 and $158, respectively), consider being hoisted. Dinner in the sky: Pop-up aerial restaurant returns to Brussels, by Sarah Crew (The Bulletin) The breath-taking gastronomic experience Dinner in the Sky returns to the Belgian capital this summer. From 10 to 19 June a crane will be hoisting diners above the landmark Koekelberg Basilica for a panoramic view of the city skyline.
