F&D’s House of Marigold print profile: “Flower the People (with Love)”
In the current edition of Food & Dining Magazine, Cary Stemle profiles The House of Marigold (10310 Shelbyville Rd. in Middletown), with photos by Dan Dry.
A group of young women have just finished their meals, and now they’re lining up for photographs in front of the restaurant. Painted white with gold trim, the façade features the restaurant’s name in gold type, above an array of windows adorned with delicate etched-glass flowers. Flowers are a recurring theme.
They finish, and two more women take up the position. They’re down from Cincinnati to check out this fun feminine brunch spot they’ve heard about. They can hardly wait.
