Garden Girl Foods completes its move to the Russell neighborhood
After realizing my family lives in a food desert, I began a little garden. I quickly realized the need to teach others how to use their inner city spaces to grow their own foods. Garden Girl Foods is back in business after Old Louisville store closed Garden Girl Foods has a 2,000-square-foot kitchen in the center that it uses to cook for its daily buffet, prepared meals and salad bar. The business also has a separate 1,500-square-foot storefront where it sells canned produce.
