The Good Belly Food Truck is being transformed into Good Belly Sandwich Shop as owners Jessica Bookin and Jeff Williams swap mobility for residency at the former Silly Axe Cafe (Dundee Loop; 2216 Dundee Road Unit 7).
Here’s the text of the Instagram announcement.
It’s official! We are transitioning from our food truck into a brick and mortar! We are thrilled to be part of the #douglassloop and to be in The Loop Mall at 2216 Dundee Rd. We cannot say thank you enough to everyone who has been in our corner over the last two years and to our amazing customers! To have a permanent home for a business we love is such a joy!!
