(Many thanks to Colin Cranston at HaiFry for these details)
HaiFry, a new restaurant from the legendary Toki “Dragon King’s Daughter” Masubuchi, opens today (Monday, June 23) at 1126 Bardstown Road, former home of DKD in Tyler Park.
Hours: Sunday through Thursday, 4:00 p.m. to midnight; Friday and Saturday, 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
We specialize in Osaka-style Japanese food, featuring dishes such as Kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers of meats, seafood, and vegetables), Okonomiyaki (savory Japanese pancake), and Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles). Our vision is to blend the essence of an Osaka izakaya with the unique style of a Highlands restaurant.
