Food & Dining Magazine’s digital editor asked if any Louisville area establishments would be honoring National Brisket Day, a profoundly unscientific sampling that yielded the following suggestions.
“I believe Lucretia’s Kitchen serves brisket daily,” wrote TL. His link leads to a must-watch video.

To reiterate, this survey is by no means exhaustive. Barbecue can be polarizing, and it’s more than a style of cooking. It’s a creed, and barbecue adherents have both rites and favorites.
