Very little is known about Helm & Honey; so little, in fact, that as a cover photo I’ve elected to comb the archives for a 2015 view of Palermo Viejo.
But…multiple sources (including the Courier Journal) report that Helm & Honey will be the new concept to replace the late, lamented La Chasse at 1359 Bardstown Rd. in Cherokee Triangle.
Conditions are foggy as La Chasse and The Champagnery are shuttered (July 28).
Helm & Honey has an Instagram page that awaits its first post, where the words “wood fire neighborhood fine dining” appear, and a Google search reveals an application for the new establishment’s liquor license. That’s all, so far.
It could be weeks, and it could be months. Stay tuned for further details.
