Renovations complete, DaLat’s Gateaux & Café reopens today with new owners
Before arriving at today’s story link, kindly note that I’ve elected to follow the spelling on the eatery’s Instagram page: DaLat’s, as opposed to Dalat’s. On maps I’ve seen it spelled both ways; sometimes, you have to flip a dong and go with it.
DaLat’s Gateaux & Café (6915 Southside Dr.) reopens today from 4:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. after its new owners completed renovations. There’ll be “grand reopening” goodies, including a 15% discount on purchases. Reporter Michael L. Jones has a report at Louisville Business First.
Vietnamese cafe and bakery to reopen in South Louisville this weekend
(Co-owner Anthony Pham) and his partner Bill Ho, who’s parents founded DaLat’s in 1999, took control of the bakery and café earlier this year.
