Welcome cocktail and samples of three different Buzzard’s Roost whiskeys
STARTER: Bruschetta, brie, prosciutto, local honey, salt, Marcona almonds
SALAD: Caesar, romaine, bacon, croutons, parmesan
ENTREE: Pork chop, prosciutto-wrapped asadero cheese, demi-glace, mashed potatoes, garlic haricots verts
DESSERT: Cheesecake with bourbon caramel sauce
