In November 2024, Louisville Business First reported that the restaurant would close for renovations in December and reopen in time for Kentucky Derby 151, which was held May 3…However, the restaurant has not reopened, and the renovations remain incomplete. In March, PARC sent a letter to (owner Tawana) Bain stating that the restaurant was not in compliance with the terms of its 2022 lease, which required $500,000 in repairs to be completed by Dec. 31, 2024....
